Graphic Design Specialist

Stifel (7.2020 – Present)
Part of a team of 12 graphic designers producing more than 4,500 projects annually, supporting more than 2,200 financial advisors. Projects include both print and digital, including social media and custom emails. Helped launch new website platform for advisor offices in 2020.

Lead Graphic Designer

St. Luke’s Hospital (9.2004 – 7.2020)
Supervise a team of graphic designers, assigning projects, monitoring workload, and providing creative direction for over 600 projects annually. Conceptualize and implement award winning visual solutions for print pieces and websites (MAHPRM Show Me Excellence award for Annual Report), and event spaces and floats (1st Place Kirkwood Greentree Parade). Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal clients across 2 hospitals, 8 urgent care centers, and 25+ other locations. Serve on multiple committees focusing on design and technology for department and hospital-wide implementation. Research and implement process improvement solutions resulting in increased productivity and communication.

Youth Ministry, Core Team Member

St. Cletus Catholic Church (1.2004 – 8.2015, as needed at present)
Organize and administrate semi-annual youth retreats with upwards of 80 teenage retreatants. Participate in various youth activities as a mentor. Design pamphlets, calendars, t-shirts, website, and environment for programs and events.
