Support marketing initiatives and identity branding for Lawrence Group, New + Found, and Integrate Construction Partners, as well as several connected brands. Help plan and administrate company annual retreat and lead company recognition committee.

Part of a team of 12 graphic designers producing more than 4,500 projects annually, supporting more than 2,200 financial advisors. Projects include both print and digital, including social media and custom emails. Helped launch new website platform for advisor offices in 2020.

Lead Graphic Designer

St. Luke’s Hospital (9.2004 – 7.2020)
Supervise a team of graphic designers, assigning projects, monitoring workload, and providing creative direction for over 600 projects annually. Conceptualize and implement award-winning visual solutions for print pieces and websites (MAHPRM Show Me Excellence award for Annual Report), and event spaces and floats (1st Place Kirkwood Greentree Parade). Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal clients across 2 hospitals, 8 urgent care centers, and 25+ other locations. Research and implement process improvement solutions resulting in increased productivity and communication.
